We serve College Station, Bryan, and the surrounding Brazos Valley area within about 100 miles. If you're not sure whether we cover your location, just give us a call and we'll let you know!

How do I get a quote?

Getting a quote is easy! You can call us at (832) 492-8447, text us photos of what needs to go, or fill out our contact form. We typically respond within a few hours and can often give you a ballpark estimate right away.

Are your estimates free?

Yes, all our estimates are completely free with no obligation. We'll never pressure you to book — we want you to feel comfortable with the price before we start any work.

How quickly can you come out?

We try to be as flexible as possible! Depending on our schedule, we can often do same-day or next-day pickups. For larger jobs, we'll work with you to find a time that fits your schedule.

What's the difference between junk removal and decluttering?

Junk removal is when you've already decided what goes — we show up, load it, and haul it away. Decluttering is when you need help deciding what to keep, donate, or toss. We'll work through it together at your pace, helping you sort and organize.

What items do you take?

We take most household items including furniture, appliances, electronics, yard debris, construction materials, and even junk vehicles. If you're unsure about something specific, just ask!

Are there items you won't take?

We can't take hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, or certain electronics that require special disposal. We'll let you know upfront if there's anything we can't handle.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on how much space your items take up in our truck and the type of materials being hauled. We give you a clear quote upfront — no hidden fees or surprises.

Do you offer any discounts?

We try to keep our prices fair for everyone. If you have a larger job or are a repeat customer, let us know — we appreciate loyalty and try to work with folks when we can.

The Process
Do I need to be home during the pickup?

For most jobs, yes — it's helpful to have you there to confirm what's being removed. However, if you can't be there, we can sometimes work out arrangements depending on the situation.

Do I need to move items outside first?

Nope! That's what we're here for. We'll come inside, carry items out, and load them up. You just point to what goes, and we handle the rest.

What happens to my stuff after you take it?

We do our best to recycle and donate items whenever possible. Items in good condition may go to local donation centers. Everything else is disposed of responsibly.

How do I pay?

We accept cash and most major payment methods. Payment is due when the job is complete, so you can see the work done before you pay.

Do you work with realtors and property managers?

Absolutely! We do a lot of work with realtors getting properties ready for sale, landlords preparing units between tenants, and property managers handling cleanouts. We understand tight timelines and can work quickly.

Can you handle estate cleanouts?

Yes, we handle estate cleanouts with care and respect. We understand these situations can be emotional, and we work at whatever pace you need.

Do you do college move-out cleanouts?

We sure do! Living in College Station, we know the drill. End of semester move-outs, dorm cleanups, apartment turnovers — we've got you covered.
